Product information
This Site attempts to display product images as accurately as possible. However, we can not guarantee that the color you see matches the product color. Note that the display of color may depend, in part, upon the monitor you are using.
Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions
Occasionally there may be information on our Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Site is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

Online prices, offers and selection may vary between different shows and other webpages, and are subject to change.
Sales Tax
Because JakobsTools is located in North Carolina, USA, we collect 8% sales tax on all North Carolina, USA orders. All orders placed from a location outside North Carolina, USA will not be subject to sales tax on the purchased merchandise.
Paying for Your Order
You may pay for your order with a debit card or major credit card. We accept VisaŽ, MasterCardŽ and debit cards with a MasterCardŽ or VisaŽ logo.
Validating Your Order
After you place an order using our shopping cart, we will check the information you give us for validity, by verifying your method of payment and/or shipping address. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us and/or limit quantities on any order, without giving a reason. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address you have provided with the order. Generally, your credit/debit card will not be charged if we reject an order; however, we will process a refund if a charge has been made against your card.
Order Acceptance / E-Confirmation
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation from us does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. JakobsTools reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
Return Policy
All sales made through this Site are subject to our Return Policy. We are happy refund full payment if a customer is dissatisfied with a product. For goods damaged during shipping, JakobsTools must be contacted within 2 days of receipt of goods if the goods are damaged and require a return. We are also happy to make exchanges in products. All parts and the original invoice must be returned to JakobsTools or the return/refund/exchange will not be granted. Exchange items are subject to additional shipping charges. Some sale items may not be eligible for return/exchange/refund and such terms will be listed on the check-out cart page of the site. All refunds/exchanges/returns must be completed within 30 days of the purchase of the product.
Order Limitations/Limited Quantities
JakobsTools may, at is sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. Restrictions may include orders placed by the same Site account, the same credit/debit card, and orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to your order, we will attempt to notify you by the email and/or billing address provided with your order. JakobsTools reserves the right to limit or prohibit sales to dealers.
Shipping
All orders placed on this Site are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to standard UPS shipping terms and pricing as appropriate for the type of product ordered. In the rare event that your order never arrives, we must receive notification of lost items via email and/or phone within 30 days of receipt of the shipping confirmation email.
Links to Other Web Sites and Services
The Site may contain links to other Web sites that are not under the control of JakobsTools. JakobsTools has no responsibility for the linked Web sites.
Disclaimer
The materials on the Site are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation, warranties of title, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement of intellectual property. JakobsTools expressly disclaims any duty to update or revise the materials on the Site, although JakobsTools may modify the materials at any time without notice. Termination
These terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or JakobsTools. You may terminate this Agreement at any time. JakobsTools also may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice, and accordingly may deny you access to the Site, if in our sole judgment you fail to comply with any term or provision of the Agreement. The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this Agreement for all purposes.
