MICROMOT Steel Collets
The PROXXON Steel Collets fit all MICROMOT rotary tools, except the Engraver GG 12. Six total pieces ranging in size from 1/32", 1/16", 5/64", 3/32", 7/64" and 1/8" (1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.4, 3.0 and 3.2 mm) come as a set in a practical holder for storage along with one clamping nut.

1. MICROMOT steel collets are hardened and thus have a high, consistent flexibility. They also maintain prolonged accuracy, even after regular use. Steel collets are by far superior and should not be compared with unhardened, four-slit collets of brass and aluminum.
2. The triple-slit collet is substantially more difficult to manufacture than the four-slit type and offers a better load bearing surface.
3. This is especially important for cutters with small shank diameters.
Note:
Quality, triple-slit hardened steel collets are ideal for optimum concentricity and tightening force. Furthermore, bits and cutters may be fitted close to the chuck. This is especially important when sanding, routing and milling as side play is minimized.
Suitable for:
MICROMOT 3-Jaw Keyless Chuck
Allows to quickly and easily change accessories. Fits all MICROMOT rotary tools (except the Engraver GG 12, the Professional Rotary Tool IB/E and the Flexishaft 110/P), Angle Attachment WS 90 and MICRO Mill MF 70. Will accept 1/32'' to 1/8'' (1,0 - 3,2 mm) shanks. Thread: M8 x 0,75 mm.
