The maximum speed of 20,000 rpm is continuously variable down to 5,000 rpm. The full-wave electronic speed control results in virtually constant torque, even at lower speeds, which in turn allows for micro drilling. The spindle operates in a precision ball bearing assembly and is fitted with a lock button. The 3/4'' (20 mm) collar fits MICROMOT drill stands and vices. The FBS 115/E is powered by a quiet, high quality, specially balanced permanent magnet motor. The housing is of fibreglass-reinforced POLYAMIDE. The improved ergonomic design with the soft grip two component material allows for optimal control while working. Comes complete with 43 bits and cutters, in a durable plastic case.

The PROXXON Steel Collets fit all MICROMOT rotary tools, except the Engraver GG 12. Six total pieces ranging in size from 1/32", 1/16", 5/64", 3/32", 7/64" and 1/8" (1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.4, 3.0 and 3.2 mm) come as a set in a practical holder for storage along with one clamping nut.

1. MICROMOT steel collets are hardened and thus have a high, consistent flexibility. They also maintain prolonged accuracy, even after regular use. Steel collets are by far superior and should not be compared with unhardened, four-slit collets of brass and aluminum.

2. The triple-slit collet is substantially more difficult to manufacture than the four-slit type and offers a better load bearing surface.

3. This is especially important for cutters with small shank diameters.

Allows to quickly and easily change accessories. Fits all MICROMOT rotary tools (except the Engraver GG 12, the Professional Rotary Tool IB/E and the Flexishaft 110/P), Angle Attachment WS 90 and MICRO Mill MF 70. Will accept 1/32'' to 1/8'' (1,0 - 3,2 mm) shanks. Thread: M8 x 0,75 mm.

This attachment frees your hands for easy on/off operation. To be used for all machines with a maximum power consumption of 5/8 hp (500 W). Ideal for both portable and stationary machines. The switch has a housing of fibreglass-reinforced NYLON. The connecting cord is 3 ft. 21" in (250 cm) length and the output cord is 19.5" (50 cm). Ideal for both portable and stationary machines.
